What you send
The forms ask for details so I can reply, or so I can send something you asked for.
- The contact form collects your name, email address and message.
- The sample report and checklist forms collect your email address.
- The audit enquiry collects your name, email address, website, the offer you choose, and a short note about the site. It also asks you to confirm you are allowed to have that site tested.
Each form includes a consent box. It starts unchecked. I only use the details if you tick it and send the form.
How I use it
I use these details to reply, and to send the sample, checklist or audit follow-up you asked for.
Messages from the contact form and audit enquiry are stored so I can reply. Email addresses from the audit forms are also stored with my email provider so the message can be sent.
The server reads your IP address only to limit how many forms can be sent in an hour. It is not saved with your message.
Cookies
The public pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long I keep it
I keep messages for as long as I need them to reply and to provide what you asked for. You can ask me to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Use the contact form on the homepage. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
The terms of use explain what sending a form means.
